Since the last post....

I have gained and lost, gained and lost but am still within a pound or so of my low weight. I'll probably start phase 1 again at the beginning of the month. Wish me luck!!

    It's a late for luck...I've gone way off the deep end now. Don't know if I'll ever get back.
