Weight and body fat were the same as last week. Calories per day as follows:
Day 8=1014.5
Day 9=806
Day 10=1066
Day 11=1189
Day 12=Went nuts this day: 632 until I had fried fish (3-4 pieces about two bites each), garlic bread, a little Pepsi and a big 'ole sugar cookie. I did skip the french fries. :)
Day 13=1365
I'm supposed to be eating 1500 and it just isn't happenin'
